Lead the strategy and performance of commercial credit products as a Senior Manager. Drive customer value and sustainable growth while ensuring product compliance and alignment with market needs.
This role oversees multiple Product Managers, translating business strategies into executable product roadmaps. You will collaborate with executive leadership, Finance, Risk, Legal, and Technology to optimize product performance. Your focus will be on delivering measurable value and achieving financial objectives in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the evolution of product vision and strategy
• Oversee prioritization and refinement of product backlogs
• Champion customer insights for continuous improvement
• Ensure delivery of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs)




• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for assigned products
Requirements:
• 10+ years in product management or commercial banking
• Experience with revenue-generating product ownership
• Knowledge of commercial credit products and regulations
• Strong leadership in a complex financial setting
• Undergraduate degree or recognized product certification
