Achieve excellence in quality management as a Quality and Safety Specialist II. Champion the ISO 9001 Quality Management System while enhancing health and safety practices across the organization.
In this role, you will handle day-to-day administrative duties related to ISO 9001 QMS, focusing on audits and tracking corrective actions. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure adherence to regulatory and certification requirements, while maintaining a culture of continuous improvement. Your support for the Health & Safety program will also be instrumental in upholding documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and enhance the ISO 9001 QMS in accordance with best practices
• Execute internal audits and document findings




• Prepare for and coordinate external audits effectively
• Administer and track the Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes
• Develop quality-related training materials as needed
Requirements:
• 3+ years of quality systems experience in manufacturing
• Relevant college degree or equivalent experience
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor training is mandatory
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and SAP
• Solid organizational and communication skills
