Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations across teams

• Define governance strategies and due diligence processes
• Provide leadership on operational risk and compliance
• Drive process transformation to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements:
• 10+ years' relevant experience in compliance or risk management
• Experience managing teams and complex transformations
• Knowledge of Canadian and international tax regulations
• Proficiency in international tax frameworks like FATCA
• Strong stakeholder influence and change management skills
