Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full lifecycle of complex proposals
• Develop compelling narratives based on client criteria
• Work closely with technical experts and marketing teams
• Balance multiple proposal schedules and production
• Enhance proposal processes for quality and effectiveness
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years in proposal coordination, ideally AEC sector
• Experience with public-sector RFPs as a Prime/Sub-Consultant
• Exceptional writing and editing capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
