This role reports to the Senior Manager, overseeing core processes in the retail cannabis sector. You will optimize workflows, enhance automation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Technology and Supply Chain. The focus is on ensuring data integrity and execution accuracy across merchandising operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own process optimization for merchandising operations
• Identify automation opportunities and document SOPs
• Oversee new item setup within ERP systems




• Maintain pricing structures and promotions across platforms
• Manage ticket resolution and investigate pricing issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• 2–4 years in retail or merchandising operations
• ERP experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O;
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis
