This role focuses on financial reporting, preparing forecasts, and managing budgets for the organization. You will engage with multiple departments to provide insights and analysis while assisting in management reporting for the board. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in monthly financial reporting and forecasting • Prepare annual budget and long-term financial plans • Analyze financial results and variances • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for report preparation • Improve financial models and reporting processes
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting • 1-3 years in FP&A; or similar roles • Solid analytical skills with attention to detail • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Ability to work independently and in a team
