About Embold

Embold is Canada's leading influencer marketing platform, connecting brands with a curated network of over 9,000 pre-vetted Canadian creators. We help brands plan, launch, and measure influencer campaigns through a self-serve platform and fully managed services. Our team has supported 500+ brands, including BMO, Second Cup, and Nestlé, reaching over 235 million Canadians in the process.

We're growing and looking for a Campaign Specialist to support our campaign managers and serve as a key point of contact for the creators who bring our campaigns to life.

Full Time | On-site

The Role

You'll be the engine behind our campaigns. Working alongside Campaign Managers, you'll handle the day-to-day coordination that keeps things running smoothly: creator outreach, contracting, content tracking, and the hundreds of small details that add up to a successful campaign. You'll also be the main point of contact for influencers once they're onboarded, making sure their experience with Embold is professional, responsive, and easy.

This is a great fit for a recent grad or someone early in their career who wants to learn the full campaign lifecycle, build strong creator relationships, and grow into a campaign management role over time. If you're organized, a natural communicator, and genuinely interested in the creator economy, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Campaign Support

- Support Campaign Managers across multiple active campaigns, owning coordination tasks from kickoff through wrap
- Use the Embold platform to help identify and shortlist creators based on campaign briefs
- Manage outreach, contracting, and onboarding for selected creators
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and content approvals, flagging risks before they become issues
- Help prepare campaign assets, briefs, and wrap reports

Creator Relationships

- Act as the day-to-day contact for creators on active campaigns, answering questions and keeping them on track

- Guide creators through the content submission and revision process, maintaining brand and platform standards
- Build robust working relationships with creators in our network so they want to work with us again
- Gather creator feedback and share insights that help us improve the experience on both sides

Operations and Reporting

- Keep campaign trackers, timelines, and internal documentation accurate and up to date
- Pull performance data and help assemble post-campaign reports
- Spot process gaps and suggest improvements that make future campaigns easier to run
- Stay on top of platform updates, creator trends, and what's resonating on social right now

What You Bring

- A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Recent grads encouraged to apply
- Some exposure to influencer marketing, social media, or agency work through internships, co-ops, part-time roles, or personal projects is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational skills and genuine attention to detail. You notice the things others miss
- Confident written communication, especially over email and Slack
- A people-first approach. You enjoy working with creators and making their experience a good one
- Comfort juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities without dropping the ball
- Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Google Workspace, and day-to-day fluency across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Real interest in the creator economy and what makes influencer content work

Why Embold

- Get hands-on experience across a diverse mix of well-known Canadian and global brand campaigns
- Work directly with Canada's top creators
- Learn from an experienced team that will invest in your growth
- Clear path to grow into a Campaign Manager role
- Join a company actively shaping how influencer marketing works in Canada

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary: $45,000 – $50,000
- Extended health and dental coverage
- On-site gym
- Paid time off
- Ongoing training and development
- A collaborative team that takes the work seriously without taking itself too seriously
