Provide comprehensive administrative support for Community Health programs, including data entry and reception duties. Collaborate with the team to maintain efficient operations and a respectful environment.
This role focuses on general administrative tasks such as processing mail, managing appointments, organizing records, and handling inventory. The incumbent will play a key role in maintaining efficient operations by supporting various community health initiatives and contributing to workload sharing among team members. Excellent communication skills and a robust background in office administration are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage switchboard operations and reception duties
• Handle data entry and document processing




• Maintain records and statistical data collection
• Organize appointments and meeting room bookings
• Distribute office and medical supplies efficiently
Requirements:
• Two years of relevant administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in healthcare settings is advantageous
• Must read and speak French at required level
Support Community Health by managing administrative tasks, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining an organized office environment.
