Key Responsibilities:
• Coach operators in daily execution and engagement

• Conduct Health & Safety audits and risk analysis
Requirements:
• 3+ years of leadership in manufacturing
• Robust understanding of operational processes
• Expertise in Lean Production principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
