Lead the advancement of innovative IHC methodologies in oncology as an Associate Director. Drive complex data evaluation and influence critical decisions while collaborating with a dedicated team onsite 5 days a week.

This role involves managing a small team and providing technical expertise in Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and histopathology. You will oversee innovative project development, offer expert advice on assay design, and champion the integration of cutting-edge technologies. Clear cross-functional communication will be essential as you work closely with colleagues to drive biomarker discovery and enhance target validation.

Key Responsibilities:



• Advance innovative IHC methodologies for oncology projects • Manage a team ensuring high-quality data generation • Assess target engagement and pharmacodynamic responses • Oversee IHC assay design and data interpretation • Implement novel IHC technologies and digital solutions

Requirements: • Master’s degree in a relevant discipline • Experience in IHC and histopathology methods • Proven skills in cross-functional collaboration • Familiarity with drug discovery and translational research • Proven understanding of molecular and cellular biology
