This senior-level position focuses on maintaining and evolving a multi-repo AWS serverless architecture. You will develop and optimize backend services using Node.js and Python while integrating with multiple external APIs. Collaborating with other engineers, you’ll ensure the system remains reliable and scalable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Node.js and Python Lambda functions for REST APIs • Optimize Step Function workflows for multi-service operations • Manage multi-account AWS environments with IAM security • Own Jenkins pipelines for CI/CD across environments • Build logging and monitoring infrastructure for observability
Requirements: • 7+ years software engineering experience • Expertise in AWS serverless services: Lambda, API Gateway • Robust Terraform proficiency for infrastructure management • Production experience with CI/CD design and operation • Understanding of containerization and Docker management
