Resolve client issues effectively as a dedicated Technical Support Representative. Contribute to mission-critical FinTech solutions while providing top-tier technical guidance to diverse clientele.
In this role, you will report directly to the Manager, Technical Support, and engage with clients to resolve a variety of technical problems. With a focus on customer service, you will perform swift analyses, provide insightful advice, and escalate issues when necessary. Your communication skills will be crucial in fostering relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ascertain problem descriptions swiftly
• Perform in-depth analysis and swift resolutions
• Provide technical advice to clients and partners
• Escalate tickets to appropriate experts
• Recommend service improvements based on feedback
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in tech support or helpdesk
• Strong PC hardware and software troubleshooting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work on a shift rotation
• Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems preferred
