Title: Risk Analyst

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Toronto, ON

Overview:

We are seeking a Risk Analyst to develop and manage predictive credit risk models supporting Small Business, Commercial Banking, and Capital Markets portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and deploy credit risk models (ML/AI, scoring, surveillance)

• Source, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify borrower behavior patterns

• Perform feature engineering and automate modeling processes

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business-aligned model development

• Prepare model documentation, reports, and support audit/validation reviews

Must Have:

• 5+ years in credit risk modeling

• Strong Python, SQL, and big data (Hadoop, PySpark, S3) experience

• Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning,



and time series analysis

• Experience with GitHub and UNIX

Nice to Have:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field

• IFRS9, stress testing, or capital modeling experience

• Exposure to GenAI, R, Java, or SAS
