You will actively engage with key stakeholders to facilitate smooth homestay experiences while addressing any arising needs or concerns. Your role includes planning and delivering crucial training sessions to host families and ensuring effective communication throughout the program. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is needed to respond to community events and emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor relationships between students and host families
• Plan and deliver training for host families
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication




• Create a welcoming community for students
• Address crisis situations with care and promptness
Requirements:
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Community College Certificate or Diploma required
• Preferred international experience in hosting
• Exceptional decision-making and confidentiality skills
• Minimum age of 25 and valid driver’s insurance
