Agworld enables service providers such as agronomists, ag retailers and contractors to digitally collaborate with grower clients, delivering crop plans, recommendations, budgets and more, with access to up-to-date information on devices and desktops. What you will do
Senior Product Manager, Agworld North America, leads strategy and execution across core areas of the Agworld SaaS platform. This role owns key product initiatives spanning grower workflows, data-driven capabilities, and platform infrastructure to deliver meaningful value to growers, agronomists, and agricultural enterprises. You will focus on Crop Inputs label database functionality, redesigning the product for the existing platform and new growth opportunities from independent users, product manufacturers, and ag retailers. Greenbook also collaborates with AI to enable an agronomist efficiency use case. You will develop commercially viable SaaS solutions for agronomists, ag retailers, and product manufacturers, including features such as crop input technical decision support, agronomist efficiency tools, and point-of-product selection marketing. Define and execute product strategy aligned with company goals, market opportunities, and revenue targets Own and evolve the roadmap across key product areas including grower workflows, data capabilities, and platform services Identify opportunities to expand platform capabilities through analytics, integrations, APIs, and data-driven features
Customer & Market Insight
Conduct customer discovery with growers, agronomists, and agricultural partners to deeply understand operational workflows and unmet needs Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation Translate complex agricultural workflows and data insights into intuitive digital experiences
Product Execution & Delivery
Lead product development from discovery through delivery Write clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics Partner closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality product releases Prioritize product initiatives based on customer impact, strategic value, and technical feasibility
Data & Platform Capabilities
Drive development of scalable platform capabilities, including data ingestion, analytics, APIs, and integrations Partner with engineering and data science teams to ensure data reliability, performance, and scalability Define and track product KPIs and usage metrics to guide continuous improvement
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering to ensure product initiatives support go-to-market strategy and revenue growth Contribute to the pricing, packaging, and commercialization of advanced product capabilities Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and performance insights to stakeholders Greenbook and Agworld NA collaborate closely, with Greenbook identifying and shaping product labeling capabilities (including compliance-related data), while the NA PM integrates and operationalizes those capabilities within FMIS workflows, and joint ownership of "compliance" - the intersection of label data, product usage (application workflows), and external reporting requirements
12-month success metrics will include:
increased adoption and utilization across core product workflows; improved onboarding activation and feature utilization; increased revenue retention and expansion; growth in the usage of data-driven and platform capabilities; successful delivery of roadmap initiatives on time and within scope. Qualifications
Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Agriculture, Agronomy, Engineering, or related discipline) 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully leading and launching complex products with data platforms, APIs, and SaaS analytics Strong technical fluency (data pipelines, cloud systems) Demonstrated experience partnering with engineering and data science teams A background in IoT, geospatial, ML, or AgTech is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Deep passion to work in a purpose-led, category leading company to solve climate, food and health challenges Salary Salary range: $130,000 to $150,000 per year.
