Associate Lawyer – Estate Litigation

Our client, a growing and forward‑thinking law firm, is seeking an experienced Estate Lawyer to join their team. This opportunity is ideal for a lawyer with at least 5+ years of practice experience and a solid foundation in estate law. The role offers the chance to manage a variety of complex files with a focus on client advocacy, clear communication, and compassionate service. An existing client base is preferred. Clearly defined partnership track, ability to mentor, lead the estate group – mold the department and set quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and advocate for clients in estate law matters.

Conduct legal research and draft high‑quality legal documents.

Negotiate resolutions while maintaining professional relationships.

Offer strategic advice to clients and support colleagues within the firm.

Candidate Profile





Minimum 5+ years of relevant legal experience.

Skilled in legal drafting, negotiation, and client relations.

Strong understanding of relevant statutes and regulations.

Empathetic and professional in guiding clients through sensitive matters.

Compensation

Versatile structure: fee‑split or salary with performance bonus.

Salary range: $150,000 – $200,000+, based on experience, book of business, and year of call.
