About The Role

Reporting to the Director, Product and Customer Experience, in this role you will be responsible for leading initiatives focused on defining the product strategy and vision for our new Partner facing tool, Plusgrade Portal, including the product design and development, process improvement and increasing user satisfaction.

This involves identifying user needs and business opportunities, taking them through from conception to implementation by collaborating with the partners, business and engineering teams at Plusgrade.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

- Working with key members of cross functional leadership teams including Product, Partner Success, Engineering and Support, you’ll help turn the company vision and mission into reality through researching, ideating, implementing, launching, and iterating on new and existing Partner facing products and tools
- Own all product initiatives for the Plusgrade Portal, our next-gen partner-facing application, from conception through launch and continuous iteration
- Define and successfully execute the product roadmap to align with the strategy for the Plusgrade Portal, leading its evolution from our legacy tool into a modern, AI-driven program management platform with input from key internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with Product Intelligence to seamlessly integrate Plusgrade's recent AI into the Portal, empowering partners with actionable, data-driven recommendations and insights for program optimization
- Gather and analyze feedback from external (Partners) and internal (Partner Success Managers, Support Teams, etc.) stakeholders to identify and solve critical user pain points through a variety of methods including interviews and focus groups
- Build and maintain deep relationships with key partners and internal stakeholders, becoming the voice of the user, championing the most impactful opportunities to improve the Plusgrade Portal
- Develop detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for key Plusgrade Portal features and provide vision and direction to a dedicated agile team, ensuring alignment on business priorities and timely delivery of impactful outcomes
- Collaborate with UX to design intuitive, efficient partner experiences for program management and revenue generation, incorporating feedback from internal stakeholders and partners for early course correction
- Analyze user behaviour within the Plusgrade Portal using tools to inform data-driven decisions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Define, track, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the portal's success against a product roadmap, including partner adoption rates and performance improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align the portal strategy with company and partner objectives, supporting new feature deployments by clarifying partner needs and business priorities for engineering

YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:

- 5–7 years of proven success in a product management role, particularly in high-growth environments across industries such as e-commerce, travel, and customer loyalty; with experience designing products for internal-facing users and working on user interfaces, wireframes, and mock-ups
- 2+ years experience building internal facing applications in the consumer space

Bachelor's degree in Design, Product Management, Business,



Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines
- Demonstrated expertise in driving innovation and user-centered experiences, with a robust eye for detail in content, usability, and design
- Experience identifying scalable solutions from complex workflows and working closely with UX teams to create intuitive user interfaces and flow
- A passion for solving complex user experience issues and building relationships with Plusgrade Partners
- Strong entrepreneurial attitude to help innovate and execute product initiatives which in turn will create amazing user experiences that support the Customer journey
- Track record of building and launching innovative internal facing features that drive adoption, reduce user pain points and improve NPS
- Strong creative skills that go beyond iterative or obvious improvements to test experimental product features
- Experience preparing easy to read and visually pleasing documentation, presentations and related product overviews
- Experience writing business and product requirements, building roadmaps and prioritizing efforts based on multiple inputs
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
- Able to work with limited supervision and be accountable for actions and decisions and show proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
