Drive community donations as an Independent Contractor focused on managing donation bins. Collect, store, and transport gently used clothing and household items to support diabetes initiatives in your area.
In this flexible part time role, you will regularly empty donation bins and bag loose items to maintain cleanliness around drop-off locations. Your responsibilities also include completing service log sheets, lifting and transporting items up to 50 lbs, and meeting delivery schedules with local drivers. Support sustainability while contributing to a vital charitable cause.
Key Responsibilities:
• Regularly empty community donation bins
• Bag and store donated items as required
• Maintain cleanliness around donation boxes
• Complete weekly service log sheets
• Transport goods to storage facilities
Requirements:
• Operate a large vehicle (van, cube van, or pickup)
• Valid driver's license essential
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Willing to obtain an HST #
• Estimated income: $500–$700 bi-weekly
Engage in meaningful environmental work while driving community support for Diabetes initiatives by efficiently managing donation collections.
