Lead engineer working on oil and gas infrastructure Requirements

5+ years of related project management experience, with a focus on the delivery of technical aspects, particularly in a marine environment. Understanding of Project Management principles, including resource planning, cashflow analysis, earned value progress reporting, and technical support of contract dispute resolution. Experience in supervising technical teams in the delivery of major projects. Experience in effective interface management with service and supply companies in the delivery of large, complex work packages. Ability to create effective technical documents, particularly scopes of work, in support of procurement efforts. Experience in creation and maintenance of Master Document Registers, Master Drawing Registers, Master Equipment Lists, etc.,



in support of the effective management of the overall project effort. Extensive site experience related to the construction of major infrastructure projects. Marine-related experience would be an asset. Proficiency in Risk Management at a work‑package level, particularly those related to technical and logistical challenges. Effective support of Project Planners in determining package sequencing, duration, and interdependencies. Eligibility for registration as a Professional Engineer with Skilled Engineers and Geoscientists Newfoundland and Labrador (PEGNL) is essential.
