Key Responsibilities:
• Direct ongoing compliance with accreditation and licensing • Conduct regular audits and prepare compliance reports • Analyze program data for quality improvement opportunities • Foster a culture of continuous improvement organization-wide • Provide training on regulatory and compliance standards
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree required; related field preferred • Minimum three years’ experience in quality assurance • Previous experience in Medicaid processes is necessary • Skills in data analysis and reporting required • Solid project management and communication abilities essential
