Lead FATCA and CRS governance efforts while ensuring compliance across the organization. Provide established enterprise guidance and technical expertise on international reporting standards and requirements.
This managerial role offers a focus on FATCA and CRS compliance within the financial services industry. You will support business units with insightful assessments, interpret legislation, and maintain corporate policies aligned with evolving regulations. Your leadership will drive organizational understanding through training initiatives and collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as subject matter expert for FATCA and CRS
• Interpret legislation and assess impacts on compliance
• Maintain corporate FATCA/CRS policies and alignment




• Monitor regulatory changes and adapt procedures
• Lead training sessions for internal teams
Requirements:
• CPA designation and tax/compliance experience preferred
• 5+ years in insurance or wealth product sectors
• Deep knowledge of FATCA, CRS, and OECD standards
• Robust communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven track record of fostering governance and results
Strengthen enterprise alignment with global standards while guiding compliance with FATCA and CRS requirements effectively.
