Play a critical role in designing benefit plans as a Plan Build Specialist. This position supports various business lines by managing plan setups, amendments, and client collaborations.

In this role, you will oversee the setup and design of plans, working closely with clients to gather requirements and ensure compliance with established guidelines. You'll participate in RFP reviews and develop detailed plan maps, ensuring smooth operation across Insurance, Administration, and Health sectors. Key Responsibilities:



• Manage plan setup and design for clients • Facilitate client meetings for requirement gathering • Collaborate with internal teams for enrollment and implementation • Review and process plan changes and amendments • Conduct peer reviews to ensure accuracy

Requirements: • 3–5 years in benefits or related industries • Post-secondary degree or diploma required • Strong communication and project management skills • Proficiency in MS Office for analysis and reporting • Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities
