Become a Lead Strategist for Diversity and Accessibility. Focus on developing an inclusive framework to support all community members and actively promote equity initiatives.

As the Senior Lead for EDIA, you will be responsible for shaping strategic plans that foster an accessible environment. Your role will involve assessing current practices, implementing effective programming, and evaluating the impact of initiatives. You'll collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and compliance while addressing systemic barriers within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead development and evaluation of EDIA strategic plans • Coordinate reports and track equity-related metrics • Engage external partners for program improvement • Provide guidance in sensitive EDIA-related situations • Support cross-functional project initiatives

Requirements: • Degree in Social Sciences or related field; graduate preferred • At least five years in EDIA development and advising • Demonstrated success in leading initiatives and teams • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills • Familiarity with AODA and Human Rights regulations
