Key responsibilities include performing quantity takeoffs, collaborating with suppliers, and preparing competitive proposals to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:



• Analyze project drawings and specifications • Perform thorough quantity takeoffs and labor cost calculations • Request pricing from suppliers for specified products • Evaluate product equivalencies and submit requests • Participate in bid closings and team discussions • Prepare proposals in specified formats • Submit bids to clients within deadlines

Requirements: • DEC in Estimation Technology or equivalent • Minimum 5 years in construction industry • Experience with exterior cladding is a major asset • Strong skills in reading architectural drawings • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Bluebeam preferred
