As the Produce Department Manager, you will be responsible for leading all processes and associates in the produce section. Your role includes recruitment, training, and development efforts to build a high-performing team. You will ensure a customer-focused environment by greeting shoppers and assisting with product inquiries and decisions.

Key Responsibilities:



• Receive and monitor merchandise for quality • Maintain salesfloor presentation and product rotation • Participate in recruiting and training Produce Associates • Oversee Produce SWAS planning and inventory levels • Ensure compliance with safety and company policies

Requirements: • Minimum age of 16 years or older • Previous experience in retail or produce department preferable • Robust communication and leadership skills • Ability to manage inventory efficiently • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
