Reporting to the Manager of Customer Experience, you'll manage incoming calls and assess customer needs. This role emphasizes meeting sales targets through effective communication and providing comprehensive service. Your work directly influences customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls to assess customer needs
• Achieve customer retention and sales targets daily
• Upsell additional products based on needs
• Accurately document interactions in systems
• Engage in regular training for product knowledge updates
Requirements:
• 5+ years in customer service
• Call-centre experience preferred (3-5 years)
• Proven sales or customer service experience
• Robust problem-solving capabilities
• Bilingual English and French considered an asset
