Join as a Senior IC Layout Engineer, shaping the future of high-speed analog and mixed-signal designs. Lead cutting-edge layout projects while contributing to an expanding layout team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the development and refinement of complex design layouts. Collaborate with designers from various specialties while managing project timelines and task delegation. Your role will also involve creating scripts for flow optimization, ensuring smooth design processes and effective resource management.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead the development of analog/mixed-signal design layouts • Generate layouts from schematic designs for key projects • Conduct detailed EMIR, DFM, and parasitic analyses • Monitor project management and task delegation • Create and manage scripts for optimized flows

Requirements: • Bachelor's in Electrical or Computer Engineering • 3+ years of hands-on experience • Advanced technology node tape-out experience required • High-speed layout experience is beneficial • Proficient in Cadence design flows
