Lead food service excellence as a Director of Operations. Implement strategies to maximize resources, enhance guest experiences, and oversee high-quality food service in diverse settings.

In this senior leadership role, you will drive operational excellence across restaurant and concession outlets. The Director will collaborate with the Food & Beverage Management team to oversee event execution, manage budgets, and enforce quality standards. Your entrepreneurial mindset will foster innovative approaches and recent revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage all restaurant and concessions staff effectively • Oversee expenses, budgets,



and service standards • Ensure compliance with necessary licenses and permits • Actively support Banquets & Catering events • Control inventory and enhance loss prevention strategies

Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of Food & Beverage Management experience • Proven record in high-volume operations • Strong budgeting and forecasting abilities • Excellent communication skills in English • Flexible schedule for extended shifts, evenings, and weekends
