Join a agile engineering team as an experienced Geotechnical Engineer. Provide critical technical services for a variety of projects while applying your geotechnical expertise.
In this role, you will work independently under little supervision, focusing on client relationships, field testing, and project management. Essential responsibilities include supervising geotechnical investigations and troubleshooting construction site issues. You will also provide coaching for field technicians and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain client relationships • Direct field materials testing on construction projects • Prepare proposals for inspections and investigations • Conduct footing base inspections and troubleshooting • Collaborate with team members on complex matters
Requirements: • P.Eng. designation or ability to obtain it • Bachelor’s Degree in Geotechnical, Civil, or Geological Engineering • 4-5 years of relevant experience in geotechnical engineering • Experience with materials testing preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
