Lead cutting-edge revenue strategies as the Head of Revenue Operations. Drive data integrity, forecasting, and performance analytics while collaborating closely with executive leadership.

This pivotal role focuses on evolving the revenue engine through hands-on execution and strategic insight. As a key partner to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will oversee critical operations, including territory modeling, compensation design, and performance management. You will lead a high-performing RevOps team and ensure processes are in place for scalable growth across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities:



• Partner with the CRO on revenue planning • Manage forecasting accuracy and methodology • Develop revenue models aligned to growth targets • Optimize revenue technology stack and data architecture • Standardize pipeline stages and qualification criteria

Requirements: • 5+ years in Revenue or Sales Operations • Experience with B2B SaaS organizations • Expertise in financial modeling and forecasting • Proven leadership alongside executive teams • Strong analytical and business intuition
