Elevate marine projects as an Electrical Engineer specializing in HVAC systems. Collaborate with project teams to design, install, troubleshoot, and program advanced control systems for large vessels.
This role reports to the Automation Controls Director and requires a keen understanding of electrical systems. You'll design wiring diagrams, program PLCs, and assess project timelines for successful engineering tasks. Your expertise will be vital during installation and commissioning, impacting global projects through innovative solutions and collaboration with shipyards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design wiring diagrams and control layout drawings
• Program and configure PLC and HMI systems
• Provide input for project planning and timelines
• Conduct end-to-end testing of HVAC controls
• Support field engineers during commissioning
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation
• 1-2 years in Automation experience
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Electrical for panel layouts
• Knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Beijer)
• Bilingual in English and French; travel willingness
