Reporting to the Talent Management Manager, you will oversee the Career Centre’s operations and implement coaching strategies that elevate employee potential. Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective communication and strong support systems are in place. Your strategic influence will drive internal mobility and position employees for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct coaching programs and workshop execution
• Collaborate on communication plans with cross-functional teams
• Manage the workshop portfolio and facilitator assignments
• Utilize KPIs for coaching program improvements
• Advocate for employee data use in career advancement
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or relevant experience
• 8+ years of HR-related experience with coaching skills
• ICF coaching certification or equivalent mandatory
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities
• Strong analytical skills, particularly in Excel
