Provide strategic insights to the Executive Team on partnership opportunities, industry trends, and growth initiatives
Map ownership structures and identify geographic expansion opportunities aligned with Wallop’s Ideal Client Profile
Manage complex, multi‑stakeholder conversations with professionalism and a consultative approach
Skills & Experience
Experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic sales within hospitality, travel, luxury brands, or related sectors
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior executives and ownership groups
Experience managing longer, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles and strategic partnerships
Strong understanding of CRM systems and experience working alongside RevOps teams to improve sales processes

You're as comfortable in a spreadsheet as you are in a cold call
You like people, and people like you
You’re team-oriented but equally happy to work on solo projects
You enjoy problem‑solving and finding solutions
While you do not need to be based in Vancouver, we do ask that your working hours cross over with our core PST work hours
The ability to travel for conferences and events
