In this leadership role, you will partner with the General Manager to oversee the Taproom's operations, focusing on client relations and event coordination. Your responsibilities include supporting the team during events, managing inventory, and ensuring all arrangements meet client expectations. You’ll be pivotal in creating memorable events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee execution of wide-ranging events
• Manage client and partner relationships effectively




• Coordinate setup and teardown processes
• Balance cash reports and event deposits
• Support General Manager in festival operations
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Experience in a hospitality role preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
• Physical ability to lift over 40 lbs
