Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inquiries using various communication methods
• Engage with and support Volunteer operational needs
• Welcome visitors at the office, enabling volunteer access
• Answer call inquiries from volunteers and staff




• Participate in projects assigned by the management team
Requirements:
• Customer service experience in retail or hospitality settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Extensive knowledge of Metro Vancouver and nearby areas
• Speaking a second language is an advantage
• Adaptable availability for shifts, including weekends
