Join a talented team as a Senior RFIC Design Engineer and advance optical technology. Engage in the design of high-speed drivers and integrated circuits for leading-edge communication systems.

In this role, you'll take charge of the architecture definition and design of electronic circuits aligned with photonic components. You will conduct testing and debugging of high-speed ICs, applying your knowledge in analog and mixed-signal design. Your contributions will be vital in developing next-generation communication products.

Key Responsibilities:



• Define architecture for high-speed electronic circuits • Co-design with photonic integrated circuit technology • Focus on high-speed driver and TIA designs • Design and layout circuits for performance and reliability • Conduct extensive testing and qualification of products

Requirements: • MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field • Solid foundation in analog and mixed-signal design • Familiarity with Cadence Virtuoso and testing tools • Experience with SiGe and BiCMOS design is advantageous • Background in wireline communication systems preferred
