Provide exceptional client support as a bilingual Customer Service Representative. Utilize your French and English skills to manage inquiries, requests, and enhance customer experiences within a dynamic Call Center team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, striving to resolve issues efficiently. Your responsibilities include answering service requests via multiple channels, updating databases, and coordinating logistics. Strong communication and organizational skills will be essential as you work collaboratively to improve service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to service requests via phone, chat, and email
• Generate and track service work orders for completion
• Schedule meetings and manage logistics as needed




• Maintain customer service databases and spreadsheets
• Provide customer updates and run ad hoc reports
Requirements:
• Proficiency in English and French for communication
• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of experience
• Robust organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Basic math skills for calculations
