Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate vision and lead the Taproom & Events team
• Manage execution of client events and team operations
• Oversee restaurant financials, including labor costs




• Coach team members to deliver memorable guest experiences
• Maintain stock levels and balance event cash reports
Requirements:
• Previous Event Management experience required
• Post-secondary diploma/degree in business or hospitality preferred
• Proven experience leading high-performing teams
• Reliable transportation for operational needs
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
