Sales & Marketing Representative – Scarborough Join OSL as a Sales and Marketing Representative for Bell Canada’s fast‑growing team. We offer an uncapped commission, a car allowance, and a signing bonus after two months.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base pay + car allowance + uncapped commission up to $90,000+ annually.

Full‑time adaptable schedule; evening and some weekend work required.

Responsibilities

Drive and support sales of Bell’s TV, Internet, Home Phone and Smart Home residential products as a brand ambassador visiting customers face‑to‑face.

Use a client‑provided territory lead list to market Bell products and drive residential area sales.

Identify customer needs and tailor solutions for best‑in‑class service.

Deliver exceptional customer experience as an ambassador of Bell Canada.

Meet weekly with the team to strategize, track goals,



and report on results.

Use Salesforce CRM to manage lead funnel.

Act with optimism, empathy, and integrity as the face of Bell.

Qualifications

Self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Outgoing, people‑oriented, and enjoys being around people.

Excellent time‑management, prioritization, and goal‑accomplishment.

Motivated by reward (uncapped commission).

Team player.

Sales, customer service, or marketing experience preferred.

Reliable access to personal vehicle and valid driver’s licence.

Available for frequent travel across the region.

Full‑time schedule with flexibility for evenings and weekends.
