Drive branch operations as a proactive Branch Manager. Accountable for achieving sales targets, managing Parts & Service teams, and ensuring superior customer experience in a protected, efficient environment.

This pivotal role focuses on overseeing Parts & Service sales and managing branch personnel performance. With 3-5 years of experience in service, parts, or supply chain operations, you will ensure inventory levels meet customer demands. Your responsibilities will also include training technicians and fostering collaboration among co-workers to resolve issues quickly.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage Parts & Service sales to achieve profit margins • Support training and development for technicians and supervisors • Monitor inventory levels and customer service quality • Collaborate with customers and suppliers on service inquiries • Analyze budgets and establish financial targets

Requirements: • College diploma or post-secondary education • 3-5 years in service, parts, or product support • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite • Experience with budget analysis required • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
