Elevate payroll operations as a Payroll and Benefits Specialist. Responsible for accurate payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with legislation in a multi-jurisdictional environment.
In this full time role, you will report to the Manager, Payroll and Benefits. Your expertise in payroll administration will ensure timely payroll execution, effective document management, and adherence to policies. Prepare payroll reports and assist with year-end processes to maintain internal and external compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process employee payroll accurately and on time
• Submit payroll-related reports and surveys
• Maintain employee documents within HR systems
• Assist with year-end compliance processes




• Administer benefit adjustments for employees
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of payroll processing experience
• Degree/Diploma in Payroll Administration or equivalent
• Experience with benefits administration preferred
• Knowledge of Employment Standards Legislation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and payroll software
Enhance payroll functions by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and responsiveness to organizational needs while staying updated on industry trends.
