In this role, you will leverage your expertise by collaborating with teams across Legal, Finance, Sales, and Global Business Services. Engage directly with customers to negotiate contracts that align with business objectives. You will also recommend enhancements to policies and processes, ensuring conformity with company standards while maintaining accurate contract documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Negotiate commercial contracts with external customers
• Collaborate with internal departments on contract evaluation
• Maintain contract documentation in Salesforce and other tools
• Advise teams on contractual rights and obligations
• Support the proposal team for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
Requirements:
• 5+ years in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Bachelor’s degree required; certifications preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
• Bilingual fluency in French and English
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
