What You'll Do
- Provides excellent customer service by greeting all customers politely and helping them locate merchandise, promote products/services, and make purchase decisions.
- Resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
- Contributes to a safe, clean, and hazard‑free work environment through adherence to company policy and procedures, including completing safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
- Processes and stocks all fashion merchandise.
- Keeps the sales floor area clean and tidy for customers.
- Merchandises non‑modular fashion items.
- Ensures proper fixtures and supplies are used and replaced if necessary.
- Uses proper signage as the modular dictates.
- Replenishes and merchandises seasonal merchandise in a timely manner.
