Leads end-to-end planning and integration of all technology change within a given portfolio/platform/product group. Acts as the single point of contact for release planning, scheduling, and governance. Works with the Platform Release Lead to integrate product release plans with the platform for enterprise alignment. Executes release strategies to ensure alignment with business and technology objectives. Owns release gating processes and reporting. Identifies and manages release risks, issues, and dependencies. Engages proactively with supporting roles (ITS, Env, QE, etc.) to ensure releases and deployments have necessary technical/domain knowledge. Facilitates release prioritization with stakeholders based on risk, impact, and roadmaps. Works with stakeholders to identify, track, and resolve dependencies impacting delivery. Partners with development, TS, QE, ITS, etc., to plan and manage application changes across environments. Manages third-party vendor changes and incorporates them into release plans.



Manages collision analysis and dependency management for deployments. Implements lessons learned for continuous improvement of release and deployment processes. Maintains calendars/roadmaps for DEV, SIT, PAT environments, including outages and configuration events. Deployment Lead Responsibilities:

Ensures the integrity and efficiency of deployment activities into PAT and PROD environments. Creates runbooks with support from TS, ITS, and external partners. Additional Details:
