What You’ll Do

- Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with excellent care and quality in mind to achieve “On Time” delivery to customers.
- Pack orders with attention to detail, distinguishing between similar named products, exact quantity, and correct product codes.
- Ensure that products picked are of the highest quality (i.e., no damaged products, freshest product selection).
- Correctly document and label all orders by interpreting pick slips, packaging details, shipping labels, etc.
- Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space‑efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
- Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and provide service,



supporting issues to resolution.
- Adhere strictly to safety and food hygiene standards, including maintaining a clean and hygienic work area, immediate cleanup of spills, and ensuring totes are clean and void of debris before packing.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and responsibly, completing pre‑inspection checks before use.
- Show behaviors that support the organization’s mission and core values.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, efficiencies, customer satisfaction, safety, working conditions, and quality standards.
- Demonstrate flexibility in completing or adjusting to work assignments based on customer requests and meeting daily delivery schedules.
