About the Role We are currently seeking a professional and self-motivated individual to operate in a

remote, independent contractor role

supporting client engagement along with Business Development within the personal development and leadership education sector.

This role involves following a

structured process

to engage with individuals who have expressed interest in learning more about our services and programs.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound enquiries in a timely and professional manner

Conduct structured introductory conversations (via phone or video)

Provide accurate information using a guided process

Direct individuals to appropriate next steps within the information pathway

Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Role Structure

Remote, independent contractor arrangement

Flexible working hours (self-managed schedule)

Operates within a structured system and process

Ongoing training and support provided

Compensation

Performance-based earnings model

Earnings are not salaried and are based on individual output and results

Candidate Requirements





Previous experience in a skilled environment (e.g. business, administration, sales, HR, client services or similar)

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Comfortable following structured systems and processes

Access to a reliable internet connection and suitable workspace
