Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure a >85% conversion rate on qualified leads
• Conduct client meetings with empathy and precision
• Audit and refine consultation scripts for effectiveness




• Develop a New Client Welcome Kit
• Deliver feedback to marketing to optimize lead quality
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Personal Injury law, preferably in intake roles
• Proven success in sales-heavy legal environments
• High empathy and strong communication skills
• Knowledge of personal injury liability and damages
• Owner mindset treating leads as business assets
