At TMC People Drive Technology, we are looking for a full-time IT & Engineering Recruiter to join our team. This is a hybrid role offering a permanent contract from day one.

We are seeking an experienced recruiter (2–5 years), ideally with a background in a consulting environment, who can quickly integrate into the team and add value.

You will be supporting clients primarily in the banking sector, making prior experience in this industry a strong asset. Familiarity with the Canadian market is also preferred.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and French and able to work Canadian business hours.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT (Technology) and Engineering roles

Source and attract top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other platforms

Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and design effective recruitment strategies

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions

Conduct interviews, candidate evaluations, and salary negotiations

Support and implement employer branding initiatives





Track and optimize recruitment performance through data and KPIs

Requirements

2–5 years of experience as an IT recruiter, ideally within a consulting environment

Fluency in English and French (mandatory)

Proven experience recruiting for IT and Engineering roles

Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)

Experience in the banking/financial sector is a plus

Familiarity with the Canadian market is an asset

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
