In this role, you will provide essential legal counsel to HR and PEO Advisor teams, ensuring compliance in various employment regulations. Your work will involve preparing employment agreement templates, navigating complex regulatory frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our product counseling function. Join us in creating a culture of compliance as we grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide employment counsel for EOR HR and PEO teams • Analyze and guide on employment rules across jurisdictions • Prepare essential employment and policy documents • Advise on insurance licensing and regulatory compliance • Collaborate with teams to build product counseling function

Requirements: • 3+ years of legal experience, in-house or at a firm • Strong knowledge of employment law • Law degree (JD or equivalent) required • Experience with PEOs or EORs preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
