Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts professionally
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
• Document and process customer claims accurately




• Collaborate with departments for issue resolution
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on products
Requirements:
• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with data entry and computer usage
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
